Returns and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the last item of your order.

To exercise this right, sign in to your account and open your order, then use the "Returns and cancellations" link in our footer. You may also contact us at support@boobaby.com. Orders that have not yet been fulfilled can be cancelled directly from your account.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the 14-day period expires. After informing us, please return the items to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you told us about the cancellation.

If you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned items or proof that you sent them back. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Items should be returned in their original condition. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the items.

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
